in short .. he bent the impression so the casting was offset and broke within a week of being fitted .. blamed everyone but himself but he knew what the real problem was and muttered it to himself .... it was only later i was able to work out what why and who .. my recommendation is not to deal with this person his honesty is extremely questionable and he will not guarantee his work or admit his faults or mistakes
