Orizen Tyres Petone

Just weird... came in for tyres and tyre guy had to go to supplier to get them. Tyre guy was taking ages so another coworker told me he got off the phone with him and the supplier refused service due to lack of mask/following Covid guidelines and an argument. Tyre guy came back and lied to me saying 'the one day they are taking in new stock so can't help me sorry'. Also they then had tyres already in stock that were a way better price than what I originally settled with... it felt like I had gotten taken advantage of by the first tyre guy. His coworker was nice though.Also no one wearing masks, social distancing, requirement of vax pass etc. I've been going here for years cause of the good prices and service (used to be under a different name) but I don't feel like it's safe any more.

Orizen and specifically Ben are/were amazing. From clear communication on the phone and email to quickly ordering tyres they usually don't stock and getting them at a good price to boot. Able to give good advice and reassurance on my situation also. Took good time to align the car properly and topping up to the correct PSI requested. Alloys all unharmed too. Cheers!

All of the guys at Orizon tyres have been amazing. All really knowledgeable and super friendly. Took my Ute in for a lift and new tyres. They took the time to come up with a plan for the best set up for me and what I was going to use it for. Highly recommend!

2 new tyres fitted on a Saturday morning with no booking or prior warning about tyre sizes ect after getting a screw in the tyre! Great service, friendly and helpful team. Will definitely return and recommend to all friends and family. Really appreciate your work :)
