Worst burger I ever tried. Patty was hot azz, vegetables and bun was super cold. No flavor. Don't waste your money

Classic burger joint-ordered the cheeseburger burger withadded crumbed mushroom. Mushroom was crisp and the classic lettuce and tomato added moist flavor and sweetness to the burger. The patty was not as moist andslightly dry, also thinner than I had expected. The mushroom was slightly small and the flavor and texture got a bit lost as I carried on eating. The fries (especiallythe ones with more skin than potato) were extremely crisp and satisfying, however most of them were a tad cold.Overall still a quick bite which had me feelingsatisfied as a burger should but with so many burger joints out there…

Nice food just a shame that Uber eats let them down as my order arrived an hour late stone cold !!! So it was actually the worst burger and chips I’ve ever had in my life probably never eat it again

If you think McDonald's is dirty. You don't know this place. If you go to the bathroom you will understand. Imagine the kitchen! This place should be closed by the Auckland Council.

When they were first around at the viaduct they were great but not so now used to get nice warm bun a large crumbed mushroom a slice of onion and pickle and the chips were die for now you get cold chips a cold small bun a small mushroom you have to up your game ponsonby put some love into it!!!!!

I’ve been a long time customer. Sadly I’ve experienced a steady decline in the quality. Blinking shame as I ordered through Uber and paid for direct delivery. Asked for no onions and got double onions and bizarrely got onions on the fries as well. They really know how to upset someone.

Whoever was working on the grill Friday 22nd July night shift (big guy with red hair) needs to be fired as they most likely don't have taste buds. Patties were the saltiest things Ive ever tasted like did you drop the patties in a salt bag on purpose or just over seasoned on purposed.. Literally couldn't finish my meal.. same with my other 2 mates who I went with so It definitely wasn't a isolated order
