I wanted a 20 foot container moved. Called and left a message with someone who was to arrange despatch to call me back. Waited a few days. Called again and left a voice message asking despatch to contact me. Never heard back. I only give two chances. Took business elsewhere. They clearly don't need it.

Terrible phone service asked if they could move a 40ft container for me. Lady said trucks will never be available to do the job and didn't know anyone other company to refer me to.

Customer service is obviously not important for this company. One if their drivers cut me off at Halswell Junction Roundabout. Looked right at me and kept coming at me. Operations Manager didn't even have courtesy to return my call. Maybe he doesn't realise his drivers are driving a large billboard and is waiting for a road death to take action.Fiona
