Poor Service Poor Communication. Two Stars for decent quality and nice looking products.Ordered Sunday and was told wednesday cause i ordered sunday i have to wait a week for just an item to even be dispatched. Now looking for new safety supplier for my future purchases next week. might have to wait a month if i order more than a couple hundred dollars worth at a time.Action Safety Overnighted my parcel so it would arrive without delay. So upgrading to 4 Stars Minus 1 star for poor communication.

Good range but customer service from older lady was terrible. The way she dealt with customers including myself while in store was pushy and unhelpfull. Will shop elsewhere from now on as I did not feel comfortable in the shop.

Jeff is always helpful and knowledgeable with the products he stocks. And if he doesn't have it he'll order it in. Great range of gear and multiple options of things to choose from.
