I went to pick up my click and collect prepaid order, to discover it had been sold to someone else. It took just over two weeks of me ringing to have my item replaced. Maybe staff need to attend a refresher course on good communication and customer service.

Heaps of things on offer here - woman and men's clothing, teenage clothing and baby clothes also. Crafty ideas on offer aswell as small selection of stationery items even though there's a warehouse stationery store just 400 metres away.

A great place to shop with easy access from main road and lots of covered parking. Easier access from parking level to shop level would be an advantage. As with all of The Warehouses, there is a huge range of clothing and household goods at good prices. However I think it has raised some prices to much in some categories and may be losing some business to K Mart, for example.

Junk .......Bought an outdoor set a couple of months ago we have always had it covered. Look at what happened when our cover blew off and it got wet. All the joints started to part ways. Very badly made product that is not fit for purpose
