Very bad experience withEast Auckland BMW.dropped the car for wof & they failed it for few reasons like tyre n some lights we fixed that n they done the wof but there was a noise from rear tyres. They didn’t notice it n done the wof as I always trust them so i didn’t give any attention to that. But when showed the car to a mechanic he said rear left wheel bearing is faulty. Bmw shouldn’t pass the wof n when I checked with them they said we didn’t notice that & they put my & my family’s life in danger.Definitely gone inform the NZTAthis is how EAST AUCKLAND BMW WORKS.I will never trust them back & will never recommend anyone.Very bad service

Their receptionist is very friendly and professional. The facility is very impressive. Reason I gave them 3 stars and not 5, is the fact that I was asked to top up the fuel used in the loan car. The New Market branch has never asked me to do that. Not impressed.

My experience was top notch. They've helped & communicated with me during the process of getting my brand new car. The staff there are very friendly & helpful, especially Jacky & Brenden. Very easy & straight forward when explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend this place. Big Thanks to Jacky & Brenden though :)

Gerry and the team in parts always allow independent workshops have clear accessibility to parts for older vehicles that would end up not seeing road again. In most cases for certain parts, the aftermarket world doesn't have options. Genuine parts make the cars perform as best as the engineers intended.

I have my car serviced at BMW and the advice they give me has been very helpful to date. The staff are very friendly and the approach professional and cordial. In particular, the Service Manager Mr Washington, has always provided fulsome advice with regards to the maintenance of my BMW. Mr Washington is a credit to East Auckland BMW as an organisation.

Adam was awesome! He was extremely helpful and gave me great service. Friendly staff and excellent customer service provided by Adam and Lucinda.
