The ladies at Mermaid Health and Beauty Clinic are exceptionally professional and experienced. I was highly impressed with them from the moment I walked into the clinic two years ago. They really know how to take care of their customers' every need. I was amazed at how thorough they were during our first consultation/meeting; they really know their stuff. I trust their expertise and professional advice. The best part of all is the AMAZING work they do, they are true 'beauty artists'. I always leave their clinic feeling incredible and in love with my eyebrows. I am so thankful with their phenomenal service. I highly recommended.

I spent a lot of time researching places to do my eyebrows, and settled on using Mermaid health and beauty after my first consultation. I was really nervous, but it was evident during the consultation that I was comfortable, and she was very pedantic about her work. She cost a bit more than other places I had been looking at, but at the end of the day... That's your face! And you want it done to perfection.The first appointment was months later (at my own request) and I was so nervous about it, I nearly canceled. However, the appointment was no where as painful as I had anticipated. And I was really put at ease. I was often being checked on to make sure I wasn't feeling pain, and comfortable with everything. It took nearly 1.5 hours just to get my mapping done, which just goes to show how much time it takes to really get your eyebrows to perfection!I'm really happy with my brows and my decision to use mermaid health. So much so that I have gone back to have different treatments done. This will be my first stop for any beauty needs I may have.Thank you so much.

Nadia & Behnaz are extremely qualified in all areas of beauty, they really know their products and the best solution for your skin, body etc. They provide knowledgeable advice about which products to use, without ever pushing you into purchasing products (like a lot of places do, particularly after a facial). They are always bright and friendly, they really care about their clients and go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. I have been going to the clinic for 7+ years. Behnaz did an amazing job on my brows and was very good at explaining everything step by step.She is a perfectionist and makes them look very real, for me she used the combination technique for an ombré brow.I love them!!I receive many complements on my eyebrows and messages from people asking where I have got them done.I would recommend going to Behnaz as she is very experienced, thorough and excellent in designing something that will suit you.Thank you Behnaz.

I have been getting my brows done by Behnaz for over 3 years now. And was so blessed when I found her, as I have never trusted others with my brows as Im very particular about my eyebrows and the style I like. I now ONLY trust her to do them and I always leave feeling amazing. She is so lovely, warm, welcoming and friendly which really eased my nerves when I had my first appointment. And she is so professional and knowledgeable and open to answering all my questions, I also find she stays very current in new advances in the treatments she offers so I always trust her advice. Mermaids is my absolute first and only choice when it comes to health and beauty. I’ve been coming to Mermaids for over 5 years and I’ve never needed to go anywhere else. Nadia and Behnaz are extremely talented and professional therapists who go the extra mile for all their clients. I have particularly challenging eyebrows to maintain and these ladies work wonders on me! It just takes one treatment here for you to see just how much these ladies care about their clients. My appointments are always perfectly booked, I’ve never had any mix ups in the 5+ years I’ve been coming to Mermaids. The clinic is always extremely clean and well presented, and the location is ideal - there is a lot of street parking available and an off-street client park too. The prices are super reasonable too. If you want to see a therapist who has exceptional attention to detail, is meticulous in all their treatments and hygiene, and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable... then Mermaids is the perfect choice! 10 stars from me if I could!

My experiences at Mermaid Clinic have always been pleasant. I regularly get my brows touched up and tidied here and there is seriously nobody I trust more than Behnaz to shape them. She designed my brows so perfectly for my face shape, even my mum, who fully believes in The Feng Shui of Eyebrows, approved of them. The facials and treatments are amazing too. I have been visiting Mermaid Beauty Clinic for almost 9 years (I have been to one other salon in that time whilst out of Auckland on holiday.) Behnaz offers the best quality Microblading I know of. My eyebrows are always perfect!!! I have referred friends and random people at the mall to Behnaz. People often stop me and ask “where did you get your eyebrows done?” I always leave Mermaid Beauty Clinic feeling cherished and beautiful. Nadia’s waxing and threading ability is second to none!! Coming to this clinic over the years has really helped my self confidence to the point where I use very little make up now (mascara and lip gloss). I love these two ladies and now my daughter does too xx
