Useless people running this place. Unhelpful like beaurcrats. Total waste of time and ended up costing me money.

Very unwell grandchildren, wait time heartbreaking , thanks for the quiet room at least my mokos could not disturb other waiting patients.

For a small town hospital it's fantastic. Beautifully looked after absolutely beautiful staff and some wonderful doctors who go out of their way. Yes you may have a long wait if not urgent but what hospital doesn't.

Never experienced anything quite this bad in any hospital elsewhere in NZ. Went with my 2 years old daughter in emergency department of this hospital. My baby was suffering from severe flu and fever and after waiting for more than 4 hours and no more patients in queue, when we checked with doctor, he told us that he is busy in office and will take some more time to see the baby. My baby was getting tired after this long wait and so we came back home without seeing the doctor. The hospital should consider that if one is getting the baby in emergency this long hours of wait and no treatment for babies is not acceptable. I am sure doctors can do much better.
