Went there this morning for a very bad back pain as the White cross on ponsonby road is now gone so I thought I'd try it .The receptionist looked very displeased and said we don't do walk ins and you don't look like someone that has health insurance and sent me packingI guess I won't be going there again .

I have been going to Ponsonby Medical Centre for nearly 30 yrs. They are friendly, professional and very supportive. They do have a waiting list to join and it can sometimes take a day or two to get an appointment but I would rather wait and see them than go somewhere else.
