I recently needed a move out cleaning service and had a less-than-stellar experience with the first company I tried, Nexdo. Unfortunately, they did a terrible job and left the apartment in worse condition than it was before they arrived.Thankfully, Snap Cleaning came to our rescue. The team was incredibly professional and efficient, and they did an amazing job cleaning the apartment. They were able to remove even the toughest stains and grime, and left the place looking and smelling fresh.The team at Snap Cleaning was also very responsive and accommodating, which made the entire process stress-free. They were able to schedule the cleaning on short notice and worked around my busy schedule.Overall, I highly recommend Snap Cleaning to anyone in need of a reliable and thorough move out cleaning service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their service.

Very unprofessional, not recommmended. We booked for house cleaning week ago. On the booked day after an hour of confirmed time, someone send a message that their car got some issue and will be late. Again after 2 hrs, they said just they can't make it on the day. Was really disappointing and frustrating since we waited for the whole day and we removed curtains and everything for cleaning. Very bad experience.

Shanice did an excellent job doing a post-construction clean at one of the properties I manage. Every window sill and surface was spotless including the bathroom. I really appreciate your efforts and will be using you again as good cleaners are REALLY hard to come by in Auckland. Many thanks for your services.

JUST THE WORST. Got full moving out cleaning done by these guys did the worst work and when my mum called them to fix the places they missed the cleaner Kiran started yelling. My mum asked to call because she didn't want to talk to him. When I called and complained the swearing and profanities started the rudest and worst cleaner I have ever hired. Now my options are hire another cleaner or loose a good chunk of my deposit.DONT HIRE EXTREMLY RUDE AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN.Update:- wow how this just keeps getting worse not only did they not clean properly they send me a cease and deist letter in effort of getting me to remove my review when that did not work they made up a fraudulent charge of mold removal which I never agreed to or was informed of and blackmail me by saying remove you reviews or they will send this bill to baycorp. and they have send it to baycorp currently filing a small claims court against them to stop the collections process. PLEASE BEAWARE IF U NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY WILL CHARGE U WITH FAKE INVOICES AND SEND THAT TO COLLECTIONS MUCH BETTER OFF GETING CLEANING DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Really disappointed that a move in clean" that cost nearly $200 was so hit and miss. I had to wipe around some of the bathroom myself to remove some obvious soap marks and dust

I was in a bit of a panic when my previous cleaning company cancelled on me at the last minute. It was a nightmare scenario, as I had a lot going on and didn't have time to deal with the added stress of finding a new cleaning company. However, I knew I needed to act fast and began frantically searching for a replacement. That's when I stumbled upon Snap Cleaning. I wasn't familiar with them and wasn't sure what to expect, but I decided to take a chance and give them a try. I'm so glad I did! Not only were they able to book me in at the last minute, but they provided excellent service and were very efficient. Plus, their prices were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Snap Cleaning and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient cleaning company. They definitely saved the day for me and I'm grateful to have found them. It's not often that you come across a company that goes above and beyond to meet your needs, but Snap Cleaning did just that. I’d avoid at all costs,Cleaning was terrible didn’t even have the right equipment for the job. Tried cleaning windows with a mop and cloth (extra cost we selected). No window cleaning equipment etc used.Really bad attitude, regret paying a 50% deposit not required by other cleaning companies.Customer care on the phone was polite throughout even when complaining and seeking a partial refund. However they wouldn’t come and inspect the work/ check up on their staff when invited to. Very unprofessional service as they don’t quality check even when you complain.We ended up cleaning the place ourselves the night before moving out. We cleaned everything except the floors as we ran out of time and hoped their job would be enough. Then to add insult to injury the only issue following our inspection was the floors and we’d to pay for a reclean out of our bond. If I could give less than one star I would.Keep your money and put it on a horse better chance of a return.

Didn't want to do the job because of having no power in the unit which means no lights, which i explained an they said they didn't have a extension power cord to plug into the hallway of the the apartment.. so they were aware of this before turning up.. an also 15 they were 15 minutes late, was a small job too.. there was 3 people.. i was stressed at the time which started to make me angry because they had wasted about 1 hour of my time... But just know it is person sub contracting who is probably hiking the price up.. because the company that turned up was a different name.. but the positive about this company was there ability to turn up on the same day i called them. They just didn't want the job even after they said they needed the money because the lady was pregnant.. anyway i wish them the best
