We have been going to Family eye centre for about 2 years for myopia control for my 2 children and we could not recommend this place high enough. Emma at the reception is always so friendly and Catherine and Marie are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of frames to fit small faces and excellent choices of contact lenses too. Thank you so much for all you do.

I thoroughly recommend Dr Bedggood and his team. My experience with having cataract removal and IOL implants in both eyes was flawless from beginning to end, enhanced by having a perfect outcome with wonderful vision.

Reception lady is very bad at customer service. She doesn't care what you ask, she doesn't want to know your personal circumstances. She is lacking of basic interpersonal skills.

My friend and I were having a hard time filling out the papers to get funding for her baby girl's glasses. Emma was so helpful in explaining the Enable funding and assisting with completing the forms. Could not have done it without her help. A1 service! Thanks Emma, such a stress free process!
