Very disappointed, flight time has been changed but didn’t informed me nd waiting at airport for 6 hours. Zero start service

Professional and economical. Sai helped us right from the starting of the process especially in MIQ. He replied for our queries and doubts with priority.

Bad customer service. Told me to cancel the flights and i can book in future with him and get discounts (kinda $$$ from my cancelled flight) and I did act Accordingly. Few months later I asked him and he said he can’t do it as no flights availability while I checked it myself and it was there. What a liar.Also I called him he didn’t pick - no call back - and left a message on watsapp he seen it - no reply to that either for next 24 hours.Three times Ive experienced that he didn’t pick the calls and no reply and said that he’s sick (which I doubt)Bro if you’re the only one tryna do eveything on your own and struggle to run the business might as well hire a staff for more customer support or shut the business down.Thanks

Very poor service and so unprofessionalThey booked my ticket from wellington - Auckland-Dubai-TorontoWhen I went to wellington Airport for my international flight to Auckland The jet star staff said they are not operating any flights to Auckland from Wellington from last couple of months and moreover there has not been any booking made as they are not taking any bookingsI had to buy an emergency ticket for $400 to Auckland as I had my next connecting flight within few hoursWhen I called them for my refund for my flight to Auckland they replied there are No refunds for this. Wow!!! I suffered alot on Airport because of them and even not a single penny got returned
