Failed a WOF here when shouldn’t have. Made me do ridiculous things to pass think they took advantage of the situation. Partner fixed all problems that made me fail, they were rude when finding out he works with vehicles and got a second hand part. Will not be returning.

Dean, Josh and the team is amazing. They have fixed my alternator. While fixing, they also identified and fixed the split engine pipe. Previously, the car was burning fuel with a 9.5km/L. Now, the car goes back to 11.5km/L fuel efficiency. Very happy with the fix.

Beware before you give your car for premium service. I took my car for premium service which includes vaccum and car cleaning. But they returned my car without vaccum and cleaning, not once but twice. Last time I was going on trip with my family so didn't bother to come back but this time when I asked them they asked me to come back on Friday for cleaning. This morning I took my car for cleaning, they simply told me weather is not good so we didn't call the cleaner" without bothering to call me to not to come for service. I drove all the way from Murrays bay to silverdale.It's very simple do not add something in your list what you do not provide. Respect others time.The person who served me didn't even bother to apologize for his laziness.In my opinion it's his attitude toward his work when boss is on holiday.I have been regularly going there forpast 7 years . Will never go back where people don't respect the business you provide them.Good luck with your lies and your security camers analysis. Your manager remembered to call cleaner not to come but didn't bother to call customer not to come."

Legends! Josh and Dean were beyond helpful and fit me in for a diagnosis and fix last minute before a trip up North. Straight to the point, they don’t waste your time or money. They went above and beyond - can’t recommend enough.

I have been here several times. Very good service and very honest. I took my wife's Japanese car to them regularly. For my euro car, they might not have the best knowledge, but common issue is no problem, I take my golf to them to fix when it failed the wof. What the most important things is, I don't need to worry about whether they will rip me off. They are just simply honest and won't do it.

Friendly and professional, didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing anything about cars and explained everything that needed to be done and how it works will continue to take my cars there in future. Trust them and recommend Rodney Autocentre

Friendly and helpful team (I dealt with Dean and Josh) who explained issues and upcoming future problems - Dean also let my 7 year old daughter put on our new WOF sticker that made her day :) Very nice guys and they are go to mechanic since we moved up to the coast 4 years ago. Cheers fellas

Everything was explained to us so that we understood exactly what was going on.All has now been fixed and feels like a new vehicle!Reasonable prices and excellent service - highly recommend.
