Sadly it was a let down, arrived at 530pm to half the restaurant closed couldn't use the toilets as blocked off and the meal whilst it arrived quickly was dry. But do like the blue signage so old school

Got a gourmet burger as they were one of the few places open on New Years day. Burger was tasty - chicken patty seemed to be real chicken.Restaurant was clean and tidy and spacious.

Pretty grubby. Rubbish on tables, not enough staff. Drive through might be OK but don't bother going inside. Staff trying their best but not enough of them.

Joint seemed understaffed with resultant slow service.Person who ordered after us got their meal first.Burgers were nice but one lot of chips tepid at best.Drink machine not working and drinks with order had no ice and tasted flat.Not a win.

I suggest you double check take away orders since they tend to forget something or forget to punch a certain order. Last time we odered double wooper but they gave us the wooper only. While the most recent one, I ordered a total of 4 burgers, only got 3 though they didnt charged me for the 4th burger. We always have to wait every time we do drive thru since their chicken burgers takes too long to cook. I wont recommend the bbq fries, its just a no.

$10 for a small as burger saying it's the spicy whopper, which was a kids size. No fries or drink included. Terrible service and will never go back as they are loud and rude. You can hear everything going on in the kitchen as a customer that's not good to hear

Food took forever. Manager was rude, got our order wrong 3 times. The seating area was filthy. Food was left on the tables and nobody cleaned it up. The rubbish bins was overflowing. The restrooms was dirty and there was no toilet paper.

Sadly it has gone downhill. The burgers tasted like they had been pre made then reheated in a microwave. Chips were nice though. Won't be back to that restaurant again. Can see why it is mainly empty now.
