Decent sized store with a Wild Bean Cafe, seating, etc. as well as the usual service station bad for you food and drink. Plenty of pumps outside and parking out the front of the store.Carwash in the corner which did a good job last time I used it.Very convenient if you've hired a car from Hertz next door and need to fuel it up before returning it

I didn't enjoy going to this place. Poor customer service, terrible process and bad overall customer engagement.The staff are the annoyingly funny. They are not trained at all.There are other wonderful fuel stations nearby which I feel are cheaper and also give good customer satisfaction.Eschew going here if you like your peace of mind.

Rudest and worst customer service I've ever seen from Jessie at the coffee station, directed at a lovely young Indian guy who was struggling to understand the responses being barked at him. It was bad enough and embarrassing enough to see someone treated like that to the point I stepped in to say there was no reason to speak to him like this which resulted in her screaming at me instead and throwing away the coffee I'd ordered in a tantrum. Staff on till refunded me, all the while Jessie ranting and screaming because someone dared pull her up on her ignorant and rude behaviour. Other staff also seemed embarrassed. I'll definitely tell everyone i know not to go here. Not everyone puts up with bullies.

Impossible to fill the tank on my car with 98 as they insisted I had to prepay even when the max prepay of $99 wasn't going to be enough. Decided to give the remainder of my money to another service station that would make it easier to fill a tank.

Waited at the pump for it to 0 for 4 to 5 minutes , the male attendant saw me but didn't do anything, walked over and tapped on the window and pointed to indicate I wanted a fill, then he zeroed the pump, while filling he came out and told me not to be so rude.I explained I had been waiting for 5 minutes which he said I hadn't. If that is what passes for customer service from BP they can keep it.Will now deal with another company that appreciates the business.

Not a good experience - went today at 9pm- girl with specs didn’t say a word to me scanned my item and just walked away after I paid - no customer service skills at all

Absolutely horrible staff. Some Maori woman working the coffee stand was verbally harassing someone, then when someone called her racist for what she was saying she said its impossible for her to be racist. Then both staff started yelling at other patrons. I left without buying anything and don't plan on supporting a business with such disgusting people working there.

Super gross look when you can’t understand the cashier (cheska?) because of the lollipop hanging out of her mouth that was also followed with a barbie attitude then turning to her colleague who then had to step away from his customer to help with my transaction.

It's a clean n tidy BP, bt i find the older working day shift staff, short tempered, more then night shift.I'm frequently here as I live not far, but the homeless people who sit out front, make it awkward most times for me, calling me for change..if I can, I will...but everytime I visited, got a bit much for me... nw it's uncomfortable.
