Excellent day with Tom walking Mt. Taranaki area and learning about the land, nature and Maori life. Tom is thoughtful, informative and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending his tour.

Went on a private tour with Karen on Sunday, it was a fun experience. But what I really want to write about is the fact we got stranded in New Plymouth due to the cyclone, and how Tom and Karen worked together to get us to Wellington with very short notice. It is a 5 hr drive one way and we all made our flights out of Wellington. Thanks Tom and Karen, you are gems!

I have booked a shuttle service to Pouakai Crossing and could not have been happier. Tom, a local and super nice guide took us to the first stop and told us a lot about Maori culture. He even picked us up very late und drove us all the way back to our campingground.
