Just wow. Walked in and instantly felt relaxed, like the outside world didn't exist. Friendly, good cuppa tea and excellent customer service. Definitely my regular hairdresser now. Thank you for an experience that changed my view of having a bad hairdresser appt.

Ross and Co is my happy place! I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in the door greeted by name by ALL of the staff. They honestly make you feel like part of the family. At the same time the level of professionalism is above any other salon I have gone to. They really listen to what you want and make you feel comfortable and safe that you will leave with what you wanted and better than expected! Treat yourself to the Aura treatment! You will not be disappointed. I can’t recommend or praise this salon enough! Be sure to book your appointments for the whole year so you don’t miss out as the salon is busy busy. I had the most wonderful time with the Ross and Co team getting my hair done this week. Phoebe and Hunter were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, professional and polite. Hayley was amazing. I had never coloured my hair pink before and hadn’t been to a salon in the 6 years I’ve been in NZ and Hayley explained everything so perfectly based on the picture I used down to my own hair type. I love the pink hair and very happy that Hayley understood that I did not want neon pink hair!
