You website (and all the bin companies) do not clearly state what can go into bins or not. It gives a list of what and what not but this list is not inclusive. Make it inclusive so there is not after the fact discussion and additional penalties. So easy to say wood and Gyb is not hardfill rather then telling me what Hazardous is. To most people I would think all building materials can go into Hardfill bin? But I presume you like to catch people like this!

Absolutely disgusting service ! Don't use it, you will be disappointed. I wish I read the reviews earlier before I booked.

I've got to say, after reading the comments I had reservations, however, I booked a bin anyway, it turned up on time and got collected on time the supplier was excellent (Waste co). would use again for hassle free booking.

Terrible service. Ordered a bin about more than a week ago. Received a confirmation email but no delivery on that date. No contact at all when it is going to be delivered. Phone number's not working as they are off on Sat and Sun when they offer 7 day service? Never ever use this company. Please deliver the bin otherwise refund the money.

This company is absolutely rubbish. Not only did they take payment straight away a week earlier but then on the day when we were supposed to get the bin delivered, they emailed not called to say they couldn't drop it off and the weekend it was ordered for was the last weekend we were supposed to be in the house. Very appauled by their behavior because when questioned via email no response

I booked a skip bin for labour weekend over a week ago and paid in full. Got the confirmation of the booking. The day before delivery they informed me by email they have no bins available. I had booked 5 workers no bin. Should not give confirmation number and take payment if they cant deliver. I will never use this company again.

Booked a bin to clear out our garage, and was told via the phone as well as in email that we would call them to collect once we were done using it. Company collected the bin without telling us before we could finish using it and refuses to bring the bin back or refund us. They said they would check with a manager and call back but never did. Waste of our time and money.

I'd used Bookabin successfully several times from 2007 to 2020 without problem. We'd put an order in for a certain size skip on a particular date and it would arrive on that date, no problem.Beginning of 2022, we needed to do a big house clearout.On the 3rd (Mon) we ordered a 3 cu meter bag for delivery on the 5th (Wed). Got an email confirmation that the delivery date was the 5th and then arranged to take time off work on the 6th.The delivery date came and went, no delivery. When we asked about it, they told us that it's not an actual delivery date, that delivery is 2-5 working days from the time the order is placed. This information was not available when booking and it was not on the confirmation email. We NEVER would have booked a rubbish skip for sometime in a 2-5 day window'. Nobody there seemed to care. On the 7th - two days after the confirmed delivery date - we got an email saying it might be delivered on the 8th (Sat) or early the next week.It's the 10th (Mon) now and we still don't have it.We had to clear things out anyway
