Second visit here and it was quite nice. I had Vanilla Hotcakes with Bacon, for me the bacon was extremely salty and the hotcakes dry as there was next to no sauce. My wife had the Salmon cakes and thought they were OK, daughter had Miso Mushrooms and liked it. Coffee was good. Overall service was OK but not what I would call friendly.

Very lovely spot, we just got coffee and they had almond milk so I was happy. It gets the morning sun on outside tables. Has a cabinet full of food that they said is all made in their kitchen. It gets very busy with locals mid morning but it's quiet earlier. Plenty of street parking and peeps of the ocean.

Went in for lunch today. Got told to take a seat wherever I liked. Sat down, read the menu. And waited. No staff came to serve me.It wasn't busy. Other punters came in and got served. I got ignored completely.I waited fifteen minutes. Not one staff member spoke to me. So I left.Absolutely abysmal. How a hospitality" business can get it that wrong is just astonishing."

Love this place. Whenever in Auckland we make an effort to come to this suburban Cafe. Great food, fast service and fresh Seabreeze. That's life. Coffees, eggs, avos, big brekkies and stuff, all spot on.

Stopped here for breakfast and left ecstatic, the service is wonderful all the staff is so lovely and helpful. I had a flat white coffee, my sister an earl grey tea both absolutely delicious. I ordered the fried chicken, it was the most delicious chicken I've had (I consider myself a fried chicken connoisseur, I'm American lol). My sister got the egg breakfast burrito and loved it as well. I wish we were in Auckland another day just to return there, but pictures of it will have to do!

We went there on a friend's recommendation. We are from Australia and we were expecting great things.When we ordered a black tea with milk, first thing on a Saturday morning, only last week. we were told that there was no black tea available. Then, on ordering the next best thing, we were told they had no chai late, only spicy chai. We also looked for a nice gluten-free cake, but they only had 1 option available.We are saddly disappointed in this cafe.

Best cafe around. Superb cabinet food and the menu selection is really interesting and delicious not just your bulk standard fare. Best scones ever - but you need to get in quick - they sell out fast. Service is always super friendly and efficient. Coffee and chai lattes both excellent. Have started coming for dinner as well now that they are open late week/weekends in the evenings . The pizza is divine as are the fries. Wine selection is perfect. We love this place. So lucky to have it as our local ❤️

Best coffee in Auckland thus far.Lovely local in Westmere. This little corner of Auckland is blessed with many little ‘providors’ of high quality. Back to the cafe.. delicious food to match the coffee. Good people/dog watching corner.
