HRV Hawkes Bay

My HRV system was installed some 10-12 years ago and is continuing to work efficiently. Its great to have HRV Hawkes Bay phone to advise that the bi-annual filter change is due, and arranging the serviceman to install the filter, check the system and clean around the vents. I had just bought a new house. There was no HRV data for the house from prev owners. When I called, the team were able to tell me the last time the filters were changed was 2016. Within 2 weeks technician had been out, checked system and settings and changed filter. He also left us a manual which was really helpful. Will def use your team again. Many thanks. Jo

HRV Hawke's Bay is a great business. We love our HRV ventilation system. It is very cheap to run. And no condensation anymore at all in our house. Every 2 years our filters are replaced, and they take care of it all, including when it needs to happen and making an appointment for it. Such a great service.

Very happy with the service, turned up on time. Since the filters were replaced and we upgraded to the latest control panel. The system is running brilliantly. Since serviced we do not have any condensation on the windows. The new control pantos so easy to use, should have upgraded ages ago.

I have no hesitation in recommending this product and the Customer Service with the Installation !!I had no issues with anything during this process from beginning to end !!I noticed a big difference that night after it had been installed. The air was a lot lighter with the moisture taken out by HRV . I also noticed a marked improvement on health issues. No more crying windows. Very dry !It has been an excellent investment in Health and Property value !Many thanks to the HRV Team !

The man from HRV arrived at exactly 10am, in the middle of a storm. He was extremely professional, and managed to get into the roof from a difficult entrance.He explained the proper use of the HRV system to me, and replaced the filters, which were extremely dirty. This my second HRV system. Completely removes moisture and provides warmth free of charge. Just had it serviced. They called me and told me it was time, booked the appointment, and he turned up bang on time. Cleaned/replaced all the filters, found a fault which he fixed and tested the system. Clean, efficient and customer focused

After 7+ Years, we needed to replace the fan, due to a fuse. We were without our HRV system for 3 months which was during the Summer season. We definately noticed the difference without the HRV system running. Our home was not as cool and fresh as usual.We had serviced the filter before the fan blew up. HRV did all testing to determine the problem. As we had recently replaced the filter, HRV offered to deduct the cost of a filter from the new Fan.I appreciated the service provided as we have no agents in our District and it is reallt hard to get appointments. HRV will do their upmost to make an appointment. The maintenance crew were obliging including the communication centre.
