We ordered iced mochas...and we're very disappointed in the lack of flavour. It was basically a bit of nothing with a high price tag.The slices we ordered were both dry and also tasteless. Made us wonder just how long they had been in the cabinet.3 days or more ???We rated icedmocha 2 out of 10.Slices 2 out of 10 also.We won't be back.!!

Had elderly guest from care home staff got shirty when asked for a normal cup due to her age and condition, asked for cream and marshmallow and didn't get it, staff obviously puts themselves before customer

Update: I appreciate the response from the owner in Ireland here and Wellington owner by email. I visited another branch recently and the staff was friendly.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I just found that my review about this cafe has not been published but it could only be seen by me. Google seems doing this without letting the reviewer know about it. This is very disappointing.I was treated by the manager Tee B. twice very badly without any reason. I sent my emails to the owner, but did not hear from him. I even considered to report to human rights commission at the time for being treated unfairly.I explained what had happened on the review, but that review has not been show to others. It would be good if google at least lets the writer know about why they declined to publish.

Great choice of hot chocolate, desserts and chocolate.This time I discovered Butlers' cheesecake and was very pleased with its delicate, well-rounded taste and light&smooth texture.Hot tips: Coffee and hot chocolate are served with complimentary chocolate. Also, their 6 for $12 offer is a great way to try a selection of chocolates.

This is one place you don't want to miss while in the mall. It's got the sweetest little chocolates you ever did see. All the chocolates have been lovingly hand made with a great deal of care and attention to detail and the taste is simply divine.

I would really like to give this place 5 stars on the basis of warm and friendly service but the coffee was pretty darn average and the food bland and pricey.Free chocolate was lovely bonus but the menu and coffee needs serious work before giving out freebies.
