My order went missing in the mailbox and contacted Craig from sales support about it. Craig was very helpful through phone and email; he contacted the courier and sent me a replacement item right away. Very good customer service, thank you very much!

Ordered an item which said it was in stock, wasn't in stock, was offered an alternative or refund. Requested refund. Elive director personally arranged for an alternative to be sent free of charge to set things right and stated he will investigate and rectify what went wrong. Despite a mistake being made by Elive, I am very pleased to see this level of rectification and dedication to upholding standards.

I can recommend! those guys are impossible! not only helped on the spot but make sure I get urgent pickup available same day. all done in 30 min despite it was a drop shipping item.I cant thank you enough Ian.

There service seems promising in the beginning...they answered all my questions the next day...their prices are reasonable and they have free delivery...I purchased 2 Samsung Tablets off them hoping to get them delivered ASAP but then I found out they were out of stock, so I waited patiently for the new stock to arrive and when they did I was expecting for my paid back order to be shipped out within the day but one week passed by and my backorder still did not get shipped out, so I ran out of patience and requested my order to be cancelled and my refund to go back into my bank account, this process should only take a day, I was still waiting on my refund (got my refund the next morning)...it ended up being a positive ending doing business with Elive...in my opinion it is very deceptive for customers to see a particular item as being available on a business website and then having to wait more than a day for it to be shipped out.

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with. Good enough to buy for them in the future for that reason.

We’ve purchased off Elive a couple of times now and Scott in sales is amazing! Very quick to respond and recently went above and beyond when we needed some additional stylus pens for our Samsung Flip. These aren’t sold separately but he organised replacements to be sent free of charge. Wow! I highly recommend this company!
