A beautiful gallery with a thoughtful collection of unique New Zealand art. The staff are professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. I like to visit Form Gallery every time I visit Christchurch, it's that special.

Amazing gallery with a diverse collection from a range of local artists. Pieces are well displayed and well priced.Ryan, the gallery manager, was an absolute gem. He was friendly and approachable, helping us out in every way to make the right purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable about each piece, both in their craftsmanship and their inspiration.

There is a wide range of unique, fine and fascinating items here. Jewellery, sculpture, glasswork. Staff are artists too and very helpful. Its looks world class to me at reasonable local prices. Inspiring.

Had a display of Katie Gold work from Tasman. As well as other artists. First time visitor and if was a very nice gallery. Nice staff also.
