Increasingly questionable pricing. 2nd hand, used-towels for 2 or 3 dollars. Prices increasing weekly and now, I really just go for laugh. New goods are cheaper in The Warehouse Store. St John not doing themselves any favors.

Nice store and good people as staff, prices for opshops is very high and not priced correctly, was not happy to have not been thanked when donating my goods and even a sign saying thank you would have been nice

Will avoid in future. Nice range of things but was made to feel embarrassed and ashamed after an extremely passive aggressive exchange with a hungry staff member. I merely apologised for interrupting her lunch when she came to serve at the counter. No call to treat people so rudely. Perhaps better staffing required to support workers but horrible experience that I don’t wish to repeat.

Great variety of clothes and everything else. Gets pretty busy sometimes and there can be a wait at the counter but it's always friendly and entertaining. Great range of furniture and more next door. Often considered expensive, but personally it's my go-to place for extra pieces for the house

I was very disappointed today to see that prices for clothing are incredibly high in this store now. Nearly every item I looked at was $10 or more. Many of these items could be bought new at similar prices. I can afford to pay $10 an item if I really like something but what about those who genuinely can't. If the Salvation Army is not for the poor then who are you for? I won't be popping back in a hurry.
