An absolutely unbeatable experience. One on one personalised service. Outstanding follow up visits and fine tuning of my new hearing aids. How great it is to have an owner operator professional audiologist like Bradi in the community. I wasn't interested in going to the big brand franchises for a consultation. The service from Bradi was outstanding. She is friendly, professional, respectful and most of all doesn't put you under any pressure should you not feel comfortable with the thought of hearing aids. Totally recommend.

Bradi is the ultimate professional - she has a real passion for people and doing the very best for her clients.After a period of time one of my hearing aids from a large franchise failed I was never offered a loan set to “to get me through.” When I was travelling through Christchurch I dropped in to see Bradi who loaned me a set of hearing aids straight away. This is something Bradi will do for all her clients. Her follow up care is exemplary and I would thoroughly recommend Bradi to anyone who may be reluctant to get the real story about what is available if you are suffering from hearing loss.

I am not new to hearing aids having had them for nine years. I have the utmost respect for Bradi Martin-Downes. She would be by far the best Audiologist I have come across. With exceptional customer focus she certainly delivered for me. The hearing aids she fitted have given me a renewed faith in the technology. They were also considerable cheaper than the competition.I wish Bradi all the very best with her business.
