Great flavour on the sticky Korean chicken and plenty of Japanese mayo (spicy) on the plate. Chicken wing meal delicious, the slaw a highlight! Big glass of Ginger ale for $5 great value. See u next time!

First time here with my husband. We enjoyed our meals! Its 9pm right now, and we wish we could come back tonight haha. Will definitely return.

This Was Our 1st Time Coming To Bird on a Wire. Myself & My Children Dined Here Tonight & My Children are Fussy Eaters, But They Both Enjoyed the Food!!! The Crispy Fries Were Soooo Yum, Hot & Fresh & The Fried Buttermilk Chicken Was Bomb Too.. But Our Club Sandwich Was DEVINE! Definitely Be Back Again, Good Vibe, Good Food & Great Service! 10/10

One of the worst overall experiences I have had since moving too Auckland last year, the food was terrible, and I have not a single positive thing to say about anything we ordered.I personally had the Korean chicken burger, which totally lacked flavour, the chicken wasn't crispy and the bottom was drowning in sauce (which usually I wouldn't have an issue with, but it was flavourless). There was also no spice to it at all, which is not what I've experienced when ordering this in the past.Next we'll move onto the beer battered" fries

The Korean burger was underwhelming. I didn’t feel a single spice kick. The combination tasted weird.The BBQ Bacon & Buttermilk Burger was bomb. Tastes really good and the chicken was crunchy.I have not tried their other dishes but if you’re wanting to get a burger, you might want to consider going elsewhere.

The service was good, the food was served fast and they were all delicious. We ordered buttermilk fried chicken, Korean fried bird burger and a Japanese slaw. The kid even got a nice activity pack.Would go back to try other items for sure!

Stopped by for dinner since it was one of the places with free seating at the time. I have tried the other branches but it had been a while. WE grabbed some menus and a table. We ordered at the counter and then the food was brought to the number.We grabbed some roast chicken as well as some of the fried chicken. We tried the OG and the Korean fried chicken and both were nice. The OG wasn't super crispy but it was nice with the two dipping sauces. Both the sirracha sauce and the korean fried chicken was a little spicy. The loaded fries was essentally a poutine and was amazing. The garlic bread was quite fluffy but not very crunchy and surprisingly had feta. The roast chicken was quite juicy. The potato salad had some potatoes which were under cooked so it wasn't particularly appetising.The food was alright. The service was a bit slow but unsure if it was because they were understaffed. We did eventually get the extra side plates and cutlery we asked for.

Last minute outing with the kids and service plus food was fantastic. Once we entered we were greeted by friendly staff member, handed our menus and given the choice of seating since it was near closing. We placed our order and our food was out to us in 15mins.Kids ordered choc waffles and added scoop of ice-cream and they loved it!!

Disappointing the $25 Bird on a Waffle was 4 popcorn size chicken on a waffle, a scoop of ice cream and a tablespoon of bacon pieces. Sad to say I won’t be recommending or retuning for a meal.

Bird on a Wire Ormiston
I stopped by for quick lunch. Korean sticky chicken was nice. Staff is helpful. I have to wait for awhile for my food but it's worth it. Restaurant was not busy. They have beautiful setting.
