bad customer service，worse bakery ever

Bad service. 1 single order and they gave me the wrong one. Ordered 2 boxes and porkfloss buns and received 2 boxes of taro buns which I am allergic to. I asked for a refund and only gave half of what I paid for. I am still ordering from them in uber eats for porkfloss buns but they keep on cancelling my order. I wondered if it’s not available in their shop so I asked my partner to check and found that there’s like heaps of pork floss buns at the counter. Been ringing them and they would usually say that I got the wrong number but in fact, it is the correct one that is posted in google. I wonder if they’re avoiding me, but what for? Not recommending this shop.
