The professionalism of Mark and Rupert was evident from the very beginning of our engagement with them at the quotation process. We were able to visit two houses they had either completed or were in the process of a reclad and were were impressed with the quality of the workmanship.We had been let down seriously by another architect and Mark suggested an architect who got our project back on track. Despite doing our reclad in 2021 amid lockdowns and the challenges associated with sourcing materials- they delivered a stunning new home on time and on budget. After researching and requesting quotes from several building companies, Licensed Reclads were the only company that made an appointment to discuss the work, prior to sending a quote which impressed me. From the beginning the service I received at every stage was outstanding. Their experience and knowledge was obvious. They recommended an Architect, and took care of all Council requirements. The whole team was approachable, helpful and easy to reach. They were subjected to my endless questions, and were always good natured and convivial. The project was very well managed and on time. Rupert provided regular updates making the process far less stressful, as I knew what was happening at all times. The workmanship is an excellent standard and my house is by far better than ever. Doing our house was quite a project and being recommended to Licensed Reclads gave us peace of mind right from the beginning. The team - from the top to the bottom were easy to talk to, to partner with and to understand and communicate with.I strongly recommend this team to anyone in the future if they want up front information that is clear and concise with easy to understand details. The costings are laid out before the project begins, these are clear and easy to understand, they tell you when payments are due, what the funds were being used for and what is still due to come (phasing and rationales), constant updates are also given both in writing and verbally. If you have any additions that you want to add, you can do so with the knowledge that no request on your behalf is either too small or too stupid.The team always spoke to us with great respect and made it clear that if anyone, either on the team or any of their sub-contractors were disrespectful in anyway the we were to say as this was one thing that would not be tolerated.The builder James, who was the foreman on our site always welcomed me in and gave me up to date information about what was going on - we were kept abreast of all happenings all of the time which meant a lot to us as our home is our pride and joy and this in essence made me also feel like i was a part of the whole project. The finish to our home is of an extremely high quality and is still causing people to stop and comment as they go up or down our street (we have even had people photographing our house and the reclad sign so that they have the details for when they are ready to renovate themselves).Thanks Mark, Rupert (and James), we just love our home and you helped to make it even better than what it was before, we are so proud of the finished product and as such take great delight when we entertain and are told Wow

Finding out that your home is leaky, and needs to be remediated is scary. You’re worried about how bad it’s going to be, and how much it’s going to end up costing. We took it very seriously - we did a lot of online research, and met with three companies to get estimates and ensure that the people we engaged were the right fit for us. Our architects actually recommended Licensed Reclads, and we’re so glad that they did. On the very first meeting, Mark and Rupert turned up prepared. They had everything documented out, and they patiently explained as much as they could. We decided to put our trust in them, and we are still so glad that we did. Throughout the process, they kept us informed. They listened, took the time to ask us questions, and gave us different options when a decision needed to be made. They were almost always available. If they were busy, we could simply leave a message and they’d come back to us quickly. The work was completed to a very high standard, and we always knew exactly what we were paying for. It took a little longer than expected, and was only slightly over the budget - but there were good reasons for both, which were explained and understood. We really liked that the invoices we received clearly showed what we were paying for and if we had any questions, we only had to ask. It was cleaned immaculately before we moved back in, which we really appreciated. Our house wasn’t just repaired, it was enhanced and became a home that is safe, warm, dry and we’re proud of it again. Thanks very much to them, and to their team.

We appreciate Mark, Rupert and their team for their excellent work to re-clad our house. They took care of everything from architect design to grant CCC. They are very experienced with re-cladding and very clear about council's process and requirements. They kept good communication with us as well as took away all the stress from us. Mark, Rupert and the whole team were amazing thorough out or reclads. As the seen in the pics, we hit some bumps along the way and our house wasn't as easy fix. The damage uncovered after the cladding came off shocked us all. Licensed Reclads were amazing. They knew exactly what do and how to fix it. That's where their experience really came through. Our home is so amazing now and even a year on, people still stop along our street if we're outside the compliment the home and ask who did it. Having a house with a monolithic-clad upper storey was always a worry and, although I had no leak issues, I had attended to a few surface cracks over the years and wanted the house re-clad before retirement – while I still had a steady income. Mark and Rupert and the team were fantastic. Mark provided a detailed quote so I knew where every cent was going. He visited me to discuss the proposed work in detail.
