Great venue. Friendly vibe. Atmosphere of fun & excitement for all!Celebrated my daughters 6th birthday here with 10 of her friends. Aaron & the team were amazing with the kids! Friendly team with amazing customer service skills. Thanks team! Highly recommended 6 stars!

Kids loved it of course,the different structured cost packages are a great idea to keep costs lower with the kids still able to have fun. Staff were very helpful when my daughter's card fell out of her pocket and went missing

Sam and Joella were fantastic, they helped my son and his friend so much! It was a most enjoyable day! They loved it so much and still raved about it as we were having lunch. It was awesome to see even in the school holidays.

Nice new layout, there's a place to sit and eat in there, you can also order alcohol. I love the deals for the card top ups, and all the new fun games. Although I miss the paper tickets, it definitely feels good when you win from the claw machines. The photo booth is a must every time i go. The only downside when i went was that the prize shop hadn't clearly labelled the prices of all the prizes, so it was a bit of a guessing game, as i didn't really want to ask over and over how much something is. Some of the staff weren't very happy. But the staff at the restaurant were nice. There were a few games that weren't working unfortunately but that's okay. The music selection thing didn't even play any of the songs we picked the whole time we were there so that was pointless and disappointing. Nevertheless, we had so much fun.

My daughter held her birthday party here and it has honestly been the best party we have ever had. The kids loved themselves and our party hosts (Jordan & Sui) were absolutely fantastic. Best service I have received in a very long time!

Brought in my siblings a few days ago, one of them being intellectually challenged and the other being a 5 year old. One of the employees Christina was very accommodating and patient with us whilst this was the first time we had been at botany time zone. She took the time to show us around, assuring us her assistance when we needed and answer the millions of questions from my 5 year old sibling and overall was an amazing employee. Thank you Christina!

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party here at the end of June & everything was great! Booking process was easy, party hosts were super patient with the kids and helpful and all the kids had a great time! Definitely a perfect party location for a kid and their friends. The party room was spacious, we were able to set up how we wanted and overall, a great experience had! Would definitely book again!

Amazing customer service by the entire team. I really liked that there was a list of challenges you could compete in against the team. This was something new I hadn’t seen before and enjoyed. Erica did a great job and was really friendly!
