BEWARE UNFAIR PAYMENT TERMS - these people did an ok job of cleaning but unfortunately tried to impose unfair payment terms after we had already engaged them. They sent me an invoice the day after the clean (which, admittedly, was lost in a mountain of emails). Unlike most companies, they did not send any payment reminders. Instead, they simply issued another invoice the following month with a 15% late payment charge added. I promptly paid the original invoice but, when I respectfully requested that the 15% charge be waived, I was rudely told by the owner (Michelle) to pay up or have the debt sent to the debt collectors.I explained to Michelle that there was no contractual or legal basis for her to charge the fee. However, the following month I received a further invoice for the 15% fee (only), with a threat of a further 15% fee being added if I don't pay. Hilarious. We will never use this company again.

Unprofessional and very rude. Late and inconsistent service. Would not recommend.

Recently had Maid2Clean in to clean my oven, they were great, we’re able to come earlier than planned & did a fantastic job. The oven is sparkling! Would definitely use them again.

Maid2clean look after and regularly clean our AirBNB. They are prompt, very responsive and always call me as soon as they find anything, have concerns or just to let me know everything is OK.They go above and beyond your regular cleaners.Highly recommend!

My Daughter was looking forward to moving into a nice clean home, to find nothing was cleaned, vacuumed, mopped. Michelle follow up with your cleaners. Shocking!!

Maid 2 clean is dodgey business with a dodgey owner Michele abusing and stealing from her workers and not at all being honest with her clients. Michelle- mediation is still waiting to speak with you!!
