The Richmond store used to be a great place to go. Sfaff were helpfull and very knowledgeable. We made many satisfied purchases.Unfortunately this hasnt been the case more recently. A few times we have walked out because after waiting ages to be served, staff ended up being tooinexperienced and not able to help.

Visit here regularly - good range of consumer electronics, nice TVs to gawp at, FlyBuys rewards to redeem. Friendly and helpful staff. The Richmond branch is a relaxed place.

Tried to contact after putting an order but they never answer the phone!! Callcentre tried to contact branch but no luck. Absolutely useless for communication!

Faultless service yesterday from the lovely woman Bekka and the happy & cheerful Lance. Cheers for the good yarns & the awesome service! Will definitely be back to this store, could teach the Nelson store a thing or two!

My man Lance always gives excellent service, I most recently observed him being super patient with a Golden Oldie who was very confused and needed lots of support.
