Just Movers

I have just used these people for the second time... first was around March this year and the second was 8 mths later...The price was good (I shopped around) and the service and care with our items was excellent. We moved with a house load the first time down country and reversed the journey about 8 days ago. The team of 2 that transported the contents of our house worked quickly and efficiently and made sure that fragile and special items were protected. On both occasions we didn't have even the slightest damage... we were extremely happy with their work. The shipment was a 3 hour journey each way and I congratulate the two men on their efficient, organised and careful service.

The guys were right on time and they didn't waste any. They looked after our furniture well and were nice and friendly. Just Movers also came out to be more affordable than all the other companies we explored. recommended!

I used this company to move our foster son's piano from his last carer's house to ours. They got it to our house, then said they couldn't get it up the driveway because they had brought the truck and needed the van, so left it in the garage and told us they would be back the next day. Then they rang the social worker who was sorting it out and said they couldn't do it because they didn't realise how steep the driveway was (even though they had been told, and I sent them photos). Anyway, we were left unable to use our garage and our foster son his piano. To top it off, when my partner spoke to someone at the company about us not being able to access our garage, she was told, Well that's your problem now." Fortunately we were recommended another company who got us sorted

Excellent! We moved in a short time frame and the team at Just Movers were exceptional. Happy to help, quick but careful, considerate and friendly. Pricing was also very reasonable. We ended up needing them to come a couple of days early before the move, just to move a piano before the carpet guys could start, and although they'd already had a long day day of jobs they managed to fit it in at night to help us out, and then moved us in a couple of days later. Would highly recommend.

UPDATE: this review is correct and our move was in 2017 - not sure why the date states 2022. REVIEW STILL STANDS!Terrible experience. Team was a hour late in a unmarked non carpeted truck. We ended up with over 5000 worth of damage which we had to cover with our own insurance company ourselves as they wouldn't even reply to our emails about all the damage. Every piece of wooden furniture was severely damaged. One coffee table completely snapped due to wreckless packing. Brand new bike got damaged and scratched. Very unhappy. Truck was also two hours late at the other end with no explanation. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Used Just movers to move us to Cambridge, truck was not quiet large enough, we ordered the largest one and the owner Sha said that he would send the rest down the following day which they did. Great service went above and beyond would recommend to anyone and use them again if i needed to move house.

Highly recommended. The best moving co I've used at a reasonable price. Great service & Always went the extra mile to make our move stress free. Definitely will use these guys again.

I would never use this company again!!! They have put 2 big marks and gauges and one small mark in my walls of my brand new house but are refusing to to take responsibility even though I saw them do one of them and heard them banging into the walls.I didn’t know about the marks until they had left but reported them to head office that night.They are now not taking responsibility and trying to pass me on.This is not the end of this I will keep pushing them and go further until they fix the mistakes they have made. I will change this review if they take responsibility and fix my wall.

Absolute terrible service. We used this company to move a piano, we sent photos of the structure of the house, they knew we had a bit of a steep and gravely driveway. Came, tried hauling the piano, half way up declared they couldn't make it up the whole driveway with the piano because too wet and dumped it in our garage, saying they would be back with a different vehicle to go up the driveway during the week. Charged us full service, never heard back. We called, they said there is no way they are gonna make it up there with a van (when both digger and builders made it with a digger and a regular van and a 4×4 and even my bloody Nissan March can climb up there) so the piano in our garage is our problem, if we want them back even to try and move the piano again, we have to pay full fee.So now I have a piano in my garage that I have paid to get into my house and I have to pay for another company.Never again.
