Another countdown store. Located in the West City mall Henderson.Parking is normally pretty good as the mall has alot of parking.Good size store. Normally not to many holes in the shelves.Patches of not enough checkout staff like all grocery stores.

Taua, the checkout operator, is very rude and very impolite to customers. She either needs a basic customer service training, or is not fit working as a checkout operator! The manager should have known how his/her staffs treat Countdown customers.

A well stocked store with a good range of goods. Checkout service not very efficient and a bit scruffy with some shelf layout. But I still come back. Some prices are reasonable and some outrageous so you have to be careful.

Countdown is just so very expensive, every time I visit their basic foods keep increasing in price. I will give just one example; Their sugar free soft drinks were .99 cents for a 1.5 litre bottle before Christmas, they then advertised them in early Jan as an ever day low price of $1.20! Last night after not having stock for some time they are now at the bargain price of $1.30! so this is a 30% price increase in under six months, so many of their other products have had the same sort of increase or higher. Their meat and verge's prices are beyond belief. So these companies are robbing us blind

Sharon is the only good staff member.. who serves the customers well… the other women are all lazy and talking having a good time in stead of serving the customers , grumble to do their work, shout disrespectful , that’s why islanders are breaking into the malls.. new zealand has attitude problem… they think they own the mall.. always ask for the friendly staff ..below average customer service

Prefer this location. I found cat food reduced here, which never normally happens now, so bought lots. Its not over crowded and makes for an easy in and out experience.

We can chill and spend our time choosing whatever. Nice and clean. Not too busy on weekdays. Self-service matching was very easy and had more options to use.

The store mostly was clean and tidy however I noticed the produce area looking a big low, and some of the shelves needed to be faced up more. This store has a good range of products.I do not however like this stores self service area as it is very closed in.Some of the staff are rude. I went to self service and the attendant didn't smile or acknowledge me at all even after I said thank you.
