Purchase of the spa went smoothly. However, after sales care and attention has been hideous. I would not recommend this company to anyone and wish we had spent our money somewhere else. Go elsewhere for your spa as no amount of good salesmanship compensates for terrible after care.

Pretty much no after support care.Spa arrived with broken panels, initially no one taking responsibility. Apparently panels have been ordered, but coming from China and apparently will take a long time to arrive, so waiting on those for 6 weeks now.Our spa broke after 4 weeks of use, found it had drained empty overnight (burst pipe??).Have been trying to get in contact via phone, they said they would call within 72hrs, that never happened. Eventually did an online chat, got a warranty issue lodged, a spa technician would contact me. That took 4 weeks, he would come the next week, but never showed up. Emailed Spas Direct back, no response, turned out this person I have been in contact with at Spas Direct had resigned, but no one looked after our account. Eventually that got picked up after contacting them again, they contacted another spa technician to contact us. Still waiting on this. Our spa has been out of order for more than 6 weeks now, it’s absolutely unacceptable.I wish I had known this information before purchasing, because I would have spend a little more and gone with a different company. This has been the most frustrating thing to deal with it. Not to mention the energy costs we will have, having to heat the spa pool multiple times in order to get it fixed and make sure the electric circuit and heating unit still works as well as making sure there is no leak and to do a pipe clean after it has been sitting empty for all this time.

No option to email them on their website, no email on any site, sent a message on Facebook, no response! If they sell you a Spa and you have an issue, will they get back to you? Feel a little suspicious of them as a result! Most new owners or prospective ones need to digest what they are buying, and need written responses to questions they have. If there is no paper trail, issues down the line are just hearsay.
