Too much waiting time. Only one hoist driver loading .seems all the other forklift drivers were enjoying and making hours.

I met their driver Czn421 in onehanga Z petrol stationd at lunch time today.ther driver was so rudem to me told me go back to china. Because i was using my phone in petrol station. Been nz for 20a years.first time i heart that. I don't think their service better than that

In the office good work done by staff.At the pick up area there is confusion. The forkhoist driver should go and call the next in line. I noticed today that they just hoot their horns when they need another truck to move in. There should be some sort of control like in CODA.I waited more than two hours for pickup. We can't make money sitting doing nothing. I hope Tappers put some control in place. A number system may work.

Office staff are awesome. But when it comes to loading...joke, would be an understatement. Priority loading for their own trucks, which means the average wait time can be up and beyond 2 hours. Think it's about time they came up with a better system, wouldn't recommend them at all

The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful mind you what I understand I thought their health and safety is a bit over-the-top.

Witnessed horrible selfish dangerous driving by the driver of R91B on February 7th at 1:23pm. I see some other people complaining about your drivers here. Why don't you educate your drivers?

Driver of nrc630 driving on the southern motorway acting like he owns the road beeping at traffic before carelessly cutting me and other drivers off, would of like to catch up with him in person.... terrible driver will be contacting police

Please DO NOT park your truck in middle of road and block entrance just for a Pie!!! Certainly you can park on side of road, there is a space for that. We have to drive in wrong direction in order to drive in that entrance. Terrible driver.
