Great service by staff. Serve yourself free hot and cold drinks add to the relaxing atmosphere as you walk through the door.Easy access from Courtney place great place to stay for a weekend or a night out.

Der Standort ist ganz gut. Obwohl das Hotel ganz neu ist, ist es nicht über alle Zweifel erhaben. Die Zimmer sind wirklich recht klein. Die Fenster hin zur Strasse mittelmässig schallisoliert. Man bekommt ordentlich etwas vom Strassenlärm mit über. Es gibt keine Bitte nicht stören"-Schilder für die Türe. Das Frühstück ist besser als in vielen amerikanischem Wyndham-Hotels

Loved it! What an amazing place, im surprised it wasnt 5 stars :) I found it much nicer than Boulcoutt Suites.Extremely clean and tidy, friendly service, and even received a little complementary welcome package of a water, juice and chocolate bar :)Beds were huge and comfortable, and it had a mix of a modern and classic feel.The only thing I could fault is I wish there were tissues on the table

A nice clean and modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. The continental breakfast was adequate, though may not suit people who like a big breakfast. Location was fine, just down from the sometimes seedy area of town but walking distance to the waterfront and many good local restaurants. My only gripe was that when there was heavy rain and wind, it pelted against my room window and kept me awake most of the night. There was no view from the room. The wifi was adequate though I struggled with the TV which needed tuning every time I turned it on....

New and well located. A few teething issues. Rooms are stylish - 1970s with a hint of deco. King studio has a great kitchen with all the things you need. Laundry washer and dryer in the bathroom. Great free breakfast. 5th and 6th floor still being finished so construction noise can be heard in the side rooms. Lift broke down but was fixed a few hours later. Easy walk to Courtney Place on one side and Te Papa and New World supermarket on the other.

Excellent across the board. In the best area for eating out, meeting people for a drink and the hotel is so nice.
