Thanks to all involved with the vinyl laying in my bathroom and toilet. This is the best workmanship and service received from a flooring contractor I have received during my 48 years of occupancy in my property. Most highly recommended. Will definitely use a again.

Flooring Warehouse has the best range of carpet to choose from. Becs and Glenn are are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Our carpet was beautifully laid by Robin and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. Their product knowledge and expert advice helped us select a great carpet (we wanted a cut pile carpet that had the least possible tracking - mission accomplished).They found out which carpets were in stock and manufacturing times for those that weren't. With Covid we wanted to be certain we didn't pay a hefty deposit for a carpet that took months to arrive. Becs was very understanding of this and co-ordinated our job without any delay.Thank you very much.

Very friendly people but not impressed with the quality of work. Relatively at the pricier end, but we didn't mind as we were promised that the service would be provided quickly. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered at the promised time, carpet quality isn't great-keeps falling out, we are having difficulty moving the doors, and nails have not been properly hammered in, which is a huge H&S risk. Furthermore, additional costs have been added to the invoice without informing us. Not a happy customer.

Terrible. No communication. Told us mats would be ready the next day three times but they weren’t and couldn’t get hold of them for days. Then made up excuses to overcharge more than quoted. Was a frustrating experience.

Very friendly workers and people! Was a great experience getting our carpet done and arranged. Carpet itself is fine, but was not impressed with how it'd been lifting at doorways just a couple days after being done.When informing the owner, we were told it was entirely our fault for vacumming too hard? Not so irked about the carpet lifting as we are about how we were addressed about it and were told it wasn't covered under warranty.(We weren't charged but were displeased to find that it wouldn't have been covered) We also understand that the carpet was delayed because of covid, and it took a couple more hours of overtime to do (thank you to Neil and the lovely carpet worker!) and that's okay! Thank you for staying a little longer and coming back to finish it as soon as you could!But the real issue was we barely vacummed twice to get rid of the excess cuttings of carpet and were incredibly disappointed that it lifted after such a small thing. Our vacuum is almost 10 years old as well. That thing shouldn't be lifting freshly laid carpet we paid good money for.All in all, just disappointed with the results, policies and the ensuing conversations after having high expectations and loving the new lushness of our carpet.Trang.
