We had an urgent job at a rental property. We rang our electrician who contacted Seyed. I then rang Seyed and told him the issues. Within an hour he came and had a look and diagnosed the problem. The old water tank could not be fixed so at 4.30 pm in the afternoon Seyed ordered a new tank with all the parts and he was at the site the next day and finished all the installation. He is a top bloke and very polite and easy to deal with. I recommend him 100%.

Wanted dishwasher installed - Dariush said he could do it the next day, which was great, emailed to confirm the time and arrived on time. He talked me through what he was going to do and recapped at the end. The next day he confirmed the final bill amount before he sent it. Dariush was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend Plumbmate.

Was quoted by another plumbing company (nationwide business) at over $1k to fix a leaky drain. Darius investigated the problem in more detail than the other company and was able to provide a solution at a fraction of the previously quoted cost. Fast response after my initial enquiry. My shower unit needed replacing. Darush sent me options and was able to source right away and be back the next day to install.Very reliable, came in and did what needed to be done. He also went the extra mile in checking my kitchen sink tap for me. Grateful for the reasonable cost, compared to what I was quoted with another plumber. Highly recommend.
