I had bought a knee compression last year and was promised 10% off as a first time customer but it not get applied at the time of purchase. The product is okay and not so great but the customer service is completely brainless to be honest.I requested for a discout when I was gonna place another order for a hamstring compression. I was only expecting a discount equal to the 10% of my first order but they declined even that so I went with another brand.For anyone look for any such thing go with OS1ST, I found them to be better than bauerfeind.
