Beautiful building on the outside, and great on the inside as well.

Great for a quick small shop, too expensive for a full family shop.

Lady night I was at the Newlands Community Center, and contemplate sharing my thoughts about the place with the general public. The toilets were awesome, clean and tidy, with the basic facilities .The kitchen was spacious, well designed with storage facilities to put big pots of curries, ans all whitewares were in good working condition. The foyer area was great, plenty of space to enjoy the conversation with a bowel of kava .The main function area had a stage with adequate lighting and a good amount of floor space for of 30 to 40 people.Its a great place.Heaps of parking space in a nice ,quiet area, and there were no nonsense in the ares.I felt pretty secure with my family as the environment both within and outside the community center was welcoming.

Very good for what it is.... unfortunately it is opposite a Public bar, that service's mostly lower socioeconomic patrons close by. The community volunteers are very helpful and welcoming. They offer a place for those that need either company or information on the local community. The students from Intermediate and College come to either shoot hoops or just hang out. Good rooms for hiring for any of your events.

Great shops! Love the family feel you get when shopping here. There is always someone you know ready to say hi!
