I had an issue over Level 3 COVID lockdown with an old model worn garage door. Young Rod was on the job within a day! The issue needed a couple of visits to fix but the service by Rod and the office team was second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again but given they've provided me with a 10 year warranty I don't expect to! Thanks very much!!

I have recently (September 2018) had a cedar garage door installed by Dominator. This was a replacement for the original door. In all my dealings with Dominator they have provided excellent service. The response by office staff, the provision of the quote and the installation have all been done in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner. They were happy to retain my original motor, which still had plenty of life left. Contact was great so that I always knew when work would be done, or when times were changed with the requirements of weather. The installers were prompt and efficient, working well within the indicated times. Dominator went beyond the basic requirements for this job and I have no hesitation in recommending them to other customers.

We recently used Dominator Garage Doors - South and East Auckland to replace our two roller garage doors. From the first call to Dave till the doors were installed by Adam and Ian the service has been great and friendly. Dave made sure the new doors will fit the head room in the ceiling of the garage and came to check on the day it was installed also not like some places once something is sold they forgot about it. The installation by Adam and Ian was professional making sure the doors worked properly. I was impressed by Adam when he vacuumed the whole garage after the job was done. Also like to thank Marjorie who does the admin work and she was very friendly to deal with. On both occasions they were so helpful and very prompt in getting the job done and any queries we had.
