I cannot recommend Rachel Tan highly enough for her dedication and attention to detail when it came to my property contract. She found issues throughout the paperwork and explained where my position sat. When we needed to invoke a clause on the contract at a later date and the other party claimed contractual mistake, we decided to take the matter further via a Barrister recommended by Rachel.
