I am big into bodybuilding and always get tight muscles in my back. I have been to a few different deep tissue massage places and this place is 100% the best.They find the knots in my back without me saying a word and worked on them so i felt fresh with no issues at all a few days later.

I had some postural issues with my upper back, to the point I was aching at night, I came and saw Liz fortnightly for a few months to help with the issues I was having with my thoracic. Liz has a great vibe and is very knowledgeable and highly trained in anatomy. She even suggested things I can do outside our session so I do not have to see her so frequently. I have not seen her in almost a year, which is a good thing!

I have now been twice to Albany Muscular Therapy Clinic and cannot recommend it highly enough. Liz and Yoshi listened carefully to my specific concerns, offered suggestions to help fix my issue and both times I came away relaxed, pain free and considerably less tense. They are exceedingly professional, friendly and well-trained.
