Took a bed cover in for the hem to be repaired to be told she couldn't fix it. Fair enough it might have been out of the sewers spectrum of expertise however before I got out of the shop the elderly assistant then moaned at the next customer saying some people think they can bring anything in for repair " obviously having a dig at me. I then drove to Top Cut Tailors Latham Street and was greeted by a lovely lady who said yes its not a problem we can fix that for you and only for $10. I think il find elsewhere to buy my wool and things too thanks to the negative comments."

8.3.22: My 90 year old mother and my young grand daughter were in your shop today. The FOH was so rude and disrespectful to my mother, my daughter was so embarrassed and we will never ever frequent your shop again.

Went in there with my grandma and one of the staff were just mean. Very inpatient and didn’t treat my grandma like a customer. Very disappointed.
