Castle Cliff is simply stunning! Perfectly situated to enjoy stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. Waking to the morning sun and relaxing in the spa in the evenings you simply never want to leave. Margaret and Abi ensured everything was perfectly set up on arrival. There is so much space available and the facilities at Castle Cliff are too numerous to list but the sauna, games and entertainment room, including pool table and bar were special highlights.

We received a very warm welcome and check-in service from Abi and her colleague. The heaters were already turned on and the outdoor tub was all set-up ready to be used.Bel Lago has fantastic lake and mountain view from almost every window. We love spending time on the huge balcony and dipping in the hot tub. The sauna room is a nice surprise!We had a very enjoyable 3 nights stay!

We booked the stunning Queenscliff property ahead of our wedding in Queenstown. We had all travelled from Sydney and wanted a venue to host a welcome event for our friends and family. Margaret and the team were a pleasure to work with, down to sourcing a caterer for our event. The property was stunning, with perfect views over Queenstown. Our guests were blown away and it was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend!

My wife and I booked a property with Relax it's Done. We ventured up one weekend prior to our stay and realized the property wasn't quite right for us! I phoned Relax it's Done and nothing was a problem, that day that showed us through our second option and our jaws fell to the ground! The Views was the ultimate house for us (two kids and two adults)!! We had our beautiful wedding ceremony on the balcony and had so much fun exploring the house. The Views we woke up to each morning were breathtaking! We will definitely be staying at this house again for our anniversaries.Our guests were blown away!!Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us, you have given us the most treasured memories xx

Sun Peaks Lodge is superb!! We came from Australia and met friends from Canada and this was our base for an amazing few days. The house was so beautifully appointed, the location perfect and we just felt so at home! It truly gave us a place to relax and unwind after our daily adventures in quiet, comfort and style. Dealing with the Relax It’s Done team us so easy and they were all so helpful. Without a hesitation we will be back!!Thank you!

Castle Cliff is a very special property - the views are just breathtaking! We had the most amazing week staying here. Every detail has been thought of, right down to the kids books and toys! So well appointed and amazing service. Would highly recommend!

Another wonderful stay at Villa de Luxe on Belfast Tce. Terrific, well appointed, tidy, spacious 3 bedroom home - with breath taking views. Adjacent to the start of the Queenstown Hill Walkway for some brisk uphill exercise to walk off those Fergburger treats ;)House was perfect for our week long winter skiing escape with teenagers. We were lucky enough to experience two Relax It's Done Luxury Holiday Homes during our stay in Queenstown in September 2019 for our Wedding. The Bridal party stayed at Lake Esplanade Villa and it was the perfect, cosy location to prepare for our wedding day. We hosted our wedding ceremony at Lakehouse Joela and stayed for several days afterwards with our immediate family. We could not have asked for a more stunning property to get married at. Having the ability to have our family stay and spend precious time together in this stunning House will be forever treasured. In the months leading up to our stay, the team at Relax It's Done were fabulous in helping us with any arrangements and questions - even going and creating a virtual tour on video chat for us to really see inside. The houses were both immaculately clean and well cared for. Key pick up and check out simple and easy and we loved the special treat of local wine and bubbles! We hope to visit again and perhaps celebrate a special anniversary in Queenstown. Lakehouse Joela will always hold a special place in our heart.

We booked the beautiful Views on Edinburgh house through Relax it’s Done and it was everything we could have hoped for.The house was beautiful and had the most wonderful view of Queenstown and the surrounding mountains. The spa was just magic after a day on the ski fields.The team made us feel right at home on our travels, thank you so much for having us. Can’t wait to stay again soon.

We stayed for one week at Panorama on the Terrace Nov 2022. What a great place to stay in the heart of Queenstown. This place not only had a stunning view of the harbor but had one of the best Kitchen layouts we have ever experienced in a Home Rental. The attention to detail was noticeable (Lots of pillows, Kleenex everywhere, towels, blankets, kitchen supplies). The response from Relax it's Done was quick and accurate whenever we sent emails with questions. I highly recommend this place to stay when you are in Queenstown. Bring your running shoes, the hills are steep in Queenstown!!
