Fantastic service, I needed something delivered close by and rather than trying to arrange for a company to collect the item they offered a member of staff to help carry the 23kg box.Very impressed with the service.

Lovely store, and you can get some great buys at affordable prices (in particular with sales). Staff have always been very friendly, polite and helpful.

Over priced for and available items are very similar to items available elsewhere. Good parking is a definite bonus in Welkington. Their loyalty scheme seem good but expires after 6 months, which seem very fast for home decor. Definitely wait for the sale.

This review a bit late, sorry! Great products and outstanding service. We bought a marble coffee table that was broken when we opened it. Nood staff were very helpful and dealt with the matter promptly. We ended up with a much more stylish replacement. We’ve bought several items for our new house and are very happy!!!

The team at Nood have been incredible, I had an issue with my sofa but Noods 3yr warranty means I have been able to have the problem fixed fuss-free. Everyone I've dealt with has been kind, accommodating and informative. Thanks so much to Sigourney and Sofia and everyone at the Te Aro Nood.

Great deals lovely stuff there but please train your staff on how to gift wrap...im going to have to re-wrap mine when I get home because the piece of wrapping doesn't actually fit the box and there are now patches of wrapping stuck on outside to remedy the miscalculations...not a biggy just a pointer :)
