The guy on the night shift was hopeless, either put someone on with him or put someone on that knows what to do. Saw 4 people drive out while we waited for our coffees.

Was not surprised at bad reviews because of the old lady sometimes behind coffee counterShe is extremely rude and manner less, I don't think management is hiring right people. This type of person is always harmful to business and such people should never be in customer service. I simply asked her as she seemed to be doing nothing standing behind coffee counter, that instead of in that long queue, could I buy coffee by paying at coffee counter, as it also had eftpos, she angrily shouted at me asked me to go, and in shocking manner pointed finger towards that busy counter, where only one staff was struggling with long queues.

I went to bp last night between 1:00am - 1:10am (12/6/23) and we asked for oreo donuts and she was very rude to us and racism lady , really she’s doesn’t have manners that how to deal with customers.

Probably one of the busiest as they give the best price for petrol in this area. Has wild bean cafe and has some other snacks, hot & cold drinks options.

While the food is always appetizing & fresh, cabinets, shelves & fridges well stocked- the staff aren't all that friendly. As a customer you are made to feel like just a number walking through the door, not someone paying their wages from my businesses! I don't like they have limited English language and literally bang on the service counter & say 'yes, next' even when you have locked eye contact & you know you are the next to be served. Something a bit more friendly would be nice. Outside is clean, tidy & presentable with many pumps & car park spaces.

Tasty White Hot chocolate, but the lady serving today (15 Jan) could try calling out the names of people who order, or even chat to someone & smile.If the requirements of the job are stand making coffees and be silent - you could get a 13 year old to do that job ..

I love getting my coffee from here this morning an old lady w cat eye glasses served me. My car got stolen last year and received a letter I was debt I sorted it out straight away. She carelessly and loudly said “My number plate has come up w outstanding balance” I tried to explain the situation to her but she didn’t care then yelled the price I asked kindly across the store!. I was so heated the lovely lady at the barista helped me and advised me what to do in a kindly manner.

Not happy. Told can't have a coffee because the guys is own his own and it is like 6 o clock in the morning. I get a coffee every morning before work and told go somewhere else. Bad customer service.
