Green Innovations NZ - uPVC Windows and Doors

To say we are pleased would be an understatement. We’ve been through a very cold winter with builders working and leaving external doors open as they moved materials back and forth. Despite this, the home has retained a comfortable temperature of around 18 degrees without supplemental heating.Now that the builders have left and we can keep doors closed we find it is easy to keep the house warm with a minimum of heating. We consider it was a worthwhile investment and can recommend you to anyone looking to improve their home.We found the installers to be very friendly and efficient, their price was very competitive and the staff returned a year later to make a minor adjustment to one window so we know they stand behind their work.

Used Green Innovations for a new build and couldn't recommend them less. We had to go with our second choice for the look we wanted due to changes in lead times and our second choice took longer than we were told our first choice would take. Several months later, while our windows and doors have finally been installed, we are still trying to resolve outstanding issues and no one will take our calls. We still think we have chosen the right product, but the wrong supplier.

From start to finish our experience was very smooth. At every step of the way, we were keep informed, from the initial quote to the final fitting of the windows. The fitters were just great, they were professional, and worked non-stop. When they were in the process of fitting the new ranch slider, they struck a problem with rot, but this didn't prove an issue for them, they found the solution, implemented the repairs required, and then fitted the window.The after service has been spot on. We would highly recommend Mike and his team.

We are greatly impressed with the product and the results are hugely admired by passersby. The quotation process was quick and non-intrusive and although there were a couple of delays with installation, the crew were friendly, efficient and respectful.

We have been delighted with the product , service, tradesmen and after sales contact. I was dreading the mess but was pleasantly delighted. No mess. Removal of the old windows was within minutes. The new frames and windows have stopped our house shaking in the high winds of Wellington. A pleasant side effect. We have also noticed the house was immediately warmer. We had a lovely new front door installed, replacing an aluminium one. Mike and his team were great. Door was measured, made and installed in a short space of time. We are very happy with the finished result, no issues and no problems. Their prices are very competitive, and their staff very helpful and friendly.
