Car wash

Karen‘s car wash!The vacuum cleaner didn’t work at all. The owner, an old grumpy lady, fixed it after we informed her about it. We asked politely if it’s possible to vacuum our van for the 2$ we spent. She got angry instantly and told us to leave otherwise she’ll give us a parking fee. It was ridiculous and the worst customer service ever!

Tried to use the oversized bay as our vehicle is long. A car was parked there. The owner kept weirdly staring at us. We tried to figure out if we can use the bay. The owner finally came over and gave us an attitude, yelling that we could use the other bays. We said that putting a sign out of order would be helpful instead of just having a car parked there. He started yelling that it's his business and he can do whatever he wants. He was very rude, so we left. Very poor people skills.

Strong soap discoloured the raised roof of my van. No empathy from owner. Don’t wash your van here if you have fibreglass roof.

Had heard excellent things about this place so sure made my experience more disappointing. The machine took money out of my account and gave no tokens. When I called the number on the sign the man who answered was reasonable, nice and helpful. He said his mother was on-site and would come help me. The next thing I know some woman is yelling at me what’s my problem (the worst customer service introduction I’ve ever experienced) after I tried to tell her she was being a bit rude she unleashed her full Karen screaming at me about all sorts for god knows why and accused me of being mentally ill. I’m ashamed to be of the same species as this horrid woman I really hope the owner removes her from the premises or at at least her interactions with customers

Just met a nice worker there called Rico. He was very very nice and helped me out alot. He didn't have to, he went the extra mile and more. I always go there to power wash my car, it is a great place. Very recommended for fast efficient machines.

Pretty good, I like to put 2 dollars in, use the bubble wand for 5 minutes, long after its stopped working, then put a dollar in to rinse it off.

First time today I took my hightop camper to clean. Grumpy Employee was not impressed with being interrupted and he told me $10 would give me 10 minutes to clean my camper. When I advised it would take me more than 10 minutes, was told I would have to pay more so left without using.

Great service. I had one of those instances where the tokens wouldn't work in their machine - there was no questions ask, he fixed the machine and even refunded two tokens which apparently didn't even come from there (yet came out if their token machine).All up, fantastic service - and the facility's are perfect.

First time visiting here, the attendant was very helpful walking us through the DIY vs automated options. We ended up going with automated and the results were noticeably better than the results we have got at service stations

Have used this car wash for three years without any issues, after using the bay for around 10-15 mins today, a Grumpy older lady claiming, to be the owner, told me I needed to leave, then insisted on starting the high pressure water blaster, cleaning the ground spraying dirt all back up onto my vehicle. Without warning!I then moved, took time to go back over and ask what’s the deal, she said couldn’t you see people waiting and you don’t dry your car in the bay! In no way was I ever drying my car. Dilusional & abusive behaviour that you should be ashamed of. There is simply no need to project yourself onto people like that.Will never support this business again.
